About Our Studio
Wimmelbookは、株式会社ベルサ（bersa Inc.）が運営する、オリジナルのビジュアル絵本シリーズです。スイスで出会ったWimmelbuch文化をきっかけに、私たちはこの世界観を日本の子どもたちに届けるべく、独自の「Wimmelbook（ウィンメルブック）」プロジェクトを立ち上げました。
本づくりだけでなく、教育プログラムや自治体との共同制作、ライセンス提供などを通じて、「気づく → 考える → 表現する」力が育つ絵本体験を広げていくことを目指しています。
運営母体であるbersa Inc.は、東京とスイス・クールを拠点に活動するクリエイティブスタジオです。
Wimmelbook事業は、同社の出版・IP開発部門として、現在は日本国内を中心に、文化や教育に関わる創造的な活動を行っています。絵本をきっかけに、人と人、地域と文化をつなぐ。私たちは、そのための場づくりや仕組みづくりを、ていねいに進めています。
Wimmelbook is an original visual picture book project developed and managed by Bersa Inc., inspired by the rich tradition of Wimmelbuch discovered during our time in Switzerland.
Rather than simply importing foreign books, we aim to create picture books that reflect Japanese culture,
environments, and the everyday life of local communities.
Alongside publishing, our activities include educational programs, co-creation with municipalities,
and a licensing model that supports expressive, open-ended storytelling experiences for children.
bersa Inc. is a creative studio based in Tokyo and Chur, Switzerland.
The Wimmelbook project represents our publishing and IP development division and is currently focused on activities within Japan.
